About Me

My work is grounded in 25 years of experience as a professional psychotherapist.  I specialize in helping people create great relationships, although I have also worked extensively with the complex issues of trauma and abuse, depression and anxiety, as well as in helping people to truly connect with their spiritual nature.

In addition, I studied for many years at the Ridhwan/Diamond Heart School in Berkeley, California.  Here I was taught how to work with one's psychological issues as a doorway to one's deeper nature.  The depth of understanding about what it really takes to heal oneself and live a meaningful, fulfilling life that I discovered here is an inseparable part of what I offer to my clients on a daily basis.
