About Me

My work is grounded in 32 years of experience as a professional psychotherapist.  I specialize in helping people create great relationships, heal from the complex issues of trauma, depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem, as well as in helping you to truly connect with your spiritual nature.

In addition, I am a student of the Ridhwan/Diamond Heart School in Berkeley, California.  Here I continually deepen my understanding of how to work with one's psychological issues as a doorway to our deeper nature.  The depth of understanding about what it really takes to heal oneself and live a meaningful, fulfilling life that I discover here is an inseparable part of what I offer to my clients on a daily basis.
